Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find our return, exchange, and claims policy, which applies to all orders.
1. Return Period & Conditions
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be requested via email at contact@gokart.gmbh before you send anything back. Returns that are not registered cannot be processed.
- Items must be in the same condition as received. You may inspect items as you would in a physical store, but items that show signs of use beyond inspection may be subject to a reduced refund.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns requested after the 14-day period cannot be accepted.
2. Shipping & Return Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must arrange the return yourself.
Please use trackable, insured shipping as we cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered returns.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
- The refund will include the original standard shipping costs you paid. If you chose express or premium shipping, only the standard shipping amount will be refunded.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@gokart.gmbh.
4. Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order before shipping, but mistakes can happen.
- Visible transport damage should be reported to the carrier upon receipt and documented with photos.
- Product defects or incorrect items must be reported to us as soon as possible by email at contact@gokart.gmbh, including photo or video evidence.
If your claim is approved, we will offer you one of the following solutions:
- A free replacement
- A repair (if possible)
- A full refund
For defective products, you have a legal warranty (gesetzliche Gewährleistung) of 2 years from the date of purchase.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Returns We Cannot Accept
We cannot accept the following:
- Returns not requested via email before shipping
- Items excluded for hygiene reasons once opened or with seals broken (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that have been used beyond reasonable inspection
7. EU Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision by email at contact@gokart.gmbh with a clear statement (e.g., "I hereby withdraw from my purchase").
- You must return the items within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods and must arrange the return yourself.
- We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back.
